Yeah, and I dislike Autozone. Oh well. Are you going to have a nephew or niece? Exciting either way! Have a great trip to Pheonix!

hi. i found your diary because cosmo linked to you. i intended to just read a few entries, but ended up reading all of them. you are an intriguing presence. it would be nice if you wrote sometime about your time abroad that you periodically allude to... i for one am curious.

Thanks! And you're right, I've overlooked Scott Mackay. And I like to think of myself as a big science fiction fan. I'll remedy the situation this summer. Reading about your list made me start to think about making my own. We aren't getting your heat in Upstate NY, but we have hit 80 a few times.

I been reading your work for awhile and I think your honesty is so valuable! I truely believe that all of the emotions we feel during a relationship and after it is over, no matter the circumstances of its ending; all of those emotions deserve a voice. When they are denied, it invalidates the relationship... or at the very least de-values it. Have fun in Phoenix! I am trying to move to Tucson but I NEED A JOB! Arizona is amazing!!

I hope you had the best of times in phoenix...I live in tucson and can empathize with the blisteringly horrid heat. Sometimes though, it can bring wonderful rejuvenation, as only the sun can when the occasion arises! I wanted to reiterate to you, how much I adore reading your diary every day! Also, the unproclaimed beauty in your "list". I've contemplated starting my own, but haven't yet for fear of your copywrite...lol lots of love

have a good time in phoenix. that's where i live. it's really hot (110 degrees), so bring tank tops and sunscreen, and drink plenty of water. and demand good seats in the ballpark. the best ones i've had were third level directly above home plate. it's amazing up there, with the caught birds up in the rafters...'course, it's all up to you.

I can't say much about the baseball game because I've never been to a Major League game before... but I like going to the minor league games here during the summer. They only cost about $10 and it's wonderful to sit in the balmy night air off the coast and watch men run around on the field in tight pants... oops. Did I say that out loud? Anyway. We went to the Grand Canyon when I was a little girl -- we drove from where we lived in Northern Utah straight down through the state, stopped off in Bryce Canyon (another National Park) for a couple days, then drove the next 160 miles to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. It was absolutely gorgeous. We rode burros along the rim of the Canyon... you should definitely try that. Anyway, take lots of pictures, do some manly-ish hiking or whatever it is you guys do on your "explore nature" trips, and have fun!

This is your journal. You should be able to post whatever you want in here. I'm glad you aren't beating yourself up about not apologizing.

Arguing with your wife doesn't make you a lousy husband. And neither does not apologizing. I'm glad you're not brooding over it.

You love/loved each other - that's all that counts. I think the thing with doing things right the first time around is that if we do that, I don't think we'd ever learn anything. Life would be too comfortable... perhaps stagnant? Thankyou muchly for answering my question and not minding about it being asked. MG. sounds like fun ;)
