Time and time again I have counseled my friends that what they see is what they get, that their boyfriend/fiancee isn't going to turn from a frog into a handsome prince once he puts on a ring. Unfortunately, they don't ever listen and now I get to hear them complain. I always tell my sister: be careful who you date, you could fall in love with the wrong person and it is easier to let go of somone you are in like with than someone you are in love with.
