I am reiterating others, but I really think that in an honest and open relationship, you will be able to talk with her so that she knows that you still have (and always will) have feelings for your late wife - and let her know that you want her to feel comfortable enough with you that if she does ever feel like she is in competition, that she can tell you, and the two of you can work through it.
