I was lucky. My car had a bent rod and it was less than a year old. Fortunately, the warranty covered everything including a rental car until I could drive my own car again.

Hi Widower, Thanks for taking the time to read my diary. I think it hurts differently when you think about Hope than it does with your wife, because with your wife, you at least had some history together which has given you a certain set of wonderful memories: you didn't have the same opportunity with Hope, thus the "what ifs and maybes" - her first tooth; her first words; her first everything... are all the more poignant. {{hugs}}
