Oh Aidan is so adorable!!! :) I bet you are too behind the hands. Not sure what movie inspired you ...
I know what you mean about fixing up houses to sell. We looked at one that had a trashy yard, toys clothes & junk all over the house and a funny smell. We were in and out of there in 5 minutes.
I couldn't believe realtors would actually show houses so beat up and neglected. :P

Even though Aidan seems to prefer his right hand right now it doesn't mean he'll stay right handed.
You're doing the right thing re house hunting and if Debbie can remember who helped her with the loan, you could contact that one. I've had better luck going with recommendations of friends.

You should REALLY let Rick give you some advice and help you out on a few things when it comes to buying your home. I know he told you that the last time we saw you and I know it's hard to get ahold of him...but he could help out alot. Anyway - just a friendly reminder as I read about your struggles...no pressure.

Even though Aidan seems to be favoring his right hand he could still end up being a lefty. I used to favor my right hand when I was a baby but I'm pretty much a lefty. Just thought I'd fill you in. Have a good one.

Not to hawk to Significant Other's business too much, but if you are having trouble finding a lender that you like, check out www.mortgagesmadeez.com It is the SOs business, he's been in the business for 15 years and specializes in loan in Utah. I've seen him in action for a while, and he is very honest with people and works very hard to get people the best loan possible. It's worth at least looking at. And even if you don't go with him, good luck on the house hunting!
